Our phone cases are individually made just for you! Shipping within the U.S. can take 3-7 business days, but sometimes there may be a delay. As soon as we receive your payment, we start processing your order. Please keep in mind that packages usually arrive within 10 business days for U.S. ground shipping. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the exact delivery date and time, as unforeseen circumstances like weather may cause delays of 1-3 days. Also, please note that we don't process orders during weekends and holidays. Orders will be processed the next business day. For international orders, we ship everything out within 5 business days.
RETURNS
We're always committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive damaged items or have purchased the wrong item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start the process, just fill out a Contact Us form with your order number. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, and unfortunately, we don't accept returns for international orders.
